Choose the spot
Pick a level, accessible location visible from the street or driveway — close enough for couriers to reach without entering the property.

Prepare the base
A flat, solid surface works best — paving, concrete or a prepared slab. If you'd prefer a contractor to handle the base, any local handyman can assist.

Position & secure
Place the unit in position and anchor it to the base. Basic hand tools are all that’s needed. Full instructions are included in the box.

Power & connectivity
Plug the unit in — that is the whole setup. It connects itself over the built-in mobile network, so there is no Wi-Fi password to enter and no router to reach. Battery backup keeps it running through power interruptions.

Test & first delivery
Open the MyCrate app, generate a test OTP and confirm everything works. You're ready for your first hands-free delivery.
